Personal data
Event quote requests. We collect your name, email, event type and, if you provide them, the date, your message, company, phone, venue and number of guests. This data is used to handle your request and send you a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Pop-up dates. If you sign up, or tick the box in the quote form, your email is used to send you pop-up announcements (location, dates, hours). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to one of our emails or writing to info@joinchaiclub.com.
Recipients. Requests sent through the forms are handled by our provider Formspree, Inc., which stores them and forwards them to The Chai Club's mailbox. As Formspree is based in the United States, this data is transferred outside the European Union. Data is never sold.
Retention. Quote requests are kept for 3 years after our last exchange. Emails signed up for pop-up announcements are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, restrict its processing or object to its use by emailing info@joinchaiclub.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
